Neuro-Linguistic Life Coaching provides you a very powerful boost toward your goals. Drawing from executive coaching, consulting and leadership training, life coaching helps clients explore their own talents and resources.

As a certified Neuro-Linguistic Life Coach, I use NLP to assist clients in the areas of effective goal setting, behavior modeling, behavior modification, and more.

A life coach asks specific questions that guide the client to make their own true and lasting discoveries. Clients explore and find answers within themselves and this keeps them accountable and in control of their own life.

An initial 90 minute session clearly answers the question: What you are seeking to achieve? Subsequent weekly sessions will keep you on-track and accountable. Any obstacles to your goals that may come up throughout your coaching partnership can be addressed through available NLP sessions.

3 month (12 weeks) coaching package includes the initial coaching session (90 minutes) and then once a week 45 minute coaching sessions over the phone throughout the remaining 11 weeks. E-mail support between sessions available.

2 month (8 weeks) coaching package includes the initial coaching session (90 minutes) and then once a week 45 minute coaching sessions over the phone throughout the remaining 7 weeks. E-mail support between sessions available.
